Face-to-Face (FTF or F2F) Interviewing
We are a specialised firm providing management consulting, advisory, research and analytics services. We provide all kinds of primary and secondary research studies, off-line and online.

We provide Face-to-Face (FTF or F2F) Interviewing services, which are conducted by interviewing the respondents personally- Face-to-Face (FTF or F2F). The research team creates a subjective or objective questionnaire, which is used to ask for answers/ responses from the respondents/ interviewees. Previously, the most of the interview surveys were conducted by doing Face-to-Face (FTF or F2F) Interviewing, using Pen and Paper Interviewing (PAPI) method. PAPI was predominantly used in the twentieth century as the computers were not present at all research firms’ offices.

Our field interviewers take the printouts of questionnaires and visit research field areas so that they can directly meet with respondents/ interviewees of all types based on the research criteria. Then, they take the respondents’ consent to conduct interviews. They start by gathering respondents’ demographic details and then ask all questions of the questionnaires and write their responses on the response-sheet. The Pen and Paper Interviewing (PAPI) method is useful to conduct interviews where the respondent sample is smaller and the target respondent geographical locations are smaller towns, semi-urban, and rural areas where computer-literacy and internet connectivity is low.

Face-to-Face (FTF or F2F) Pen and Paper Interviewing (PAPI) research method is useful for smaller respondent sample in the research study. It is very cost-effective research technique, which is highly successful in remote areas in developing and under-developed countries in Asia and Africa.
Currently, Face-to-Face (FTF or F2F) Pen and Paper Interviewing (PAPI) research method is superseded by the Computer-based Interviewing (CAPI) or Online research methods.
